Looking for sales-minded talent to join our organization!

As an American Medical Staffing, Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for building a pipeline of viable, health care professionals (HCPs). You will source by using a variety of avenues, including but not limited to, cold calling and hunting for candidates. You will sell our program, and you will establish and build your reputation and brand throughout the market using the company Core Values of Customer Service, Respect, Ethical Behavior, Accountability, Teamwork and Excellence. You must achieve individual performance goals by operating the AMS way and by exceeding minimum activity standards. You will exceed goals by being sales-minded, creative, ambitious, and driven.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell the AMS story.
  • Hunt for amazing candidates to join our organization.
  • Build relationships with candidates to establish trust, to understand their needs and to qualify them for job opportunities.
  • Achieve results and meet recruiting metrics by having a strong degree of motivation and drive.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
  • Consistently execute on pre screening, pre qualifying and pre closing candidates.
  • Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a health care career with American Medical Staffing
  • Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
  • Have a strong knowledge of computer-based technology such as Office 365 and social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a sales driven and/or metrics-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and to react to shifting priorities to satisfy business needs.
  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline.
  • Understand AMS process and policy and have strong organizational skills.
  • Provide proactive hiring solutions to deliver a competitive advantage to the candidates.
  • Support the development and execution of our AMS strategy to attract and select the best talent.
  • Have a strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Obtain strong communication (oral and written) and listening skills.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (Workday, UltiPro, Taleo)
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assessments
- Strong negotiation skills
- Sales experience is a plus
