The position is approximately 37.5 hours/week and the schedule mirrors a typical school schedule. Pay is $20/hr and includes full benefits. 

You will accompany the student to school and care for the child's medical needs while at school. The ideal Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, candidate would have previous pediatric experience and feel comfortable caring for children with g-tubes, tracheotomies, seizure disorder and catheters, though not all students who need care require all of these.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) School Nurse – Private Duty :

  • Pay $20/hr
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and other benefits available starting the first day of work

Requirements:

  • 2 years of nursing experience
  • VA LPN license
