Looking for sales-minded people to join our AMS Family!

American Medical Staffing is looking for top performing healthcare staffing professionals with experience in healthcare staffing and recruiting to join our Recruiting Manager team.

Candidates must prove a demonstrated record of success in a Recruiting, Account Management, Sales, and/or Staffing.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and purposeful environment working for one of Mid Atlantic’s largest and most respected healthcare staffing agencies. Ideal candidates will have healthcare staffing experience. Target settings are Hospital, Education, Home Health, and Corrections.

A Recruiting Manager is responsible for managing a pipeline of healthcare professionals through relationship building and establishing career partnerships. They are responsible for the growth and development of relationships with new clients as well as expanding their market presence with existing clients. This person will establish and build AMS’ reputation and brand through the market using the company Core Values of Customer Service, Respect, Ethical Behavior, Accountability, Teamwork and Excellence. Achieving individual performance goals by operating the AMS Way and exceeding minimum activity standards will be key.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Talents:

Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and rules of composition

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or relevant work experience.

Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner.

Possesses strong customer service skills.

Ability to adapt to multiple information technology platforms; email, applicant tracking systems, job boards, vendor management systems.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop marketing, recruiting and relationship building strategies to establish and build partnerships with prospective clients and/or applicants.

Review candidates to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills, to then partner with people on their desired career path.

Recruit and source a pipeline of HCPs to help support and anticipate future needs.

Maintain effective communication and follow up with the team and clients to place/transition candidates.
