Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health

Currently looking for experienced Home Health Physical Therapists (PT's) to fill an openings with an established home health agency located in Worcester, MA. Home Health and OASIS exp is required. 13 week contract with a strong possibility to extend or go perm. 

Shift: Day shift, 40 hours a week

Local Rate: $65-$70/HR

Travel Rate: $3,000 a week 

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapists (PT's)

• Effectively collaborate with care team 
• Evaluates and treats patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery
• Design and implement Physical Therapy care plan
• Documents and reports on patients' progress

Requirements of the Physical Therapists (PT's) 

• Home Health Experience  
• At least one year experience as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical skills
• Computer skills
• BLS
