We are searching for full time Home Health Occupational Therapists (PTs) with a minimum of 2 years experience to assist one of our accounts in Philadelphia.  Take your Occupational Therapy skills to the next level.   We have 40 hour contracts available for day shift. 

• POSITION: Occupational Therapy (OT) , Home Health- but you do not need Home Health experience 
• LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA
• SHIFT: 8 hour shifts, days
• DURATION: 13 weeks - strong possibility for extension
• COMPENSATION: $66/ hr plus mileage - TRAVEL PACKAGES AVAILABLE 

Responsibilities of the Home Health Occupational Therapist 

• Effectively collaborate with care team
• Patient assessment and evaluation of patients progress towards goals
• Design and implement Occupational Therapy care plan
• Accurate and complete patient documentation
• Provide care which promotes quality, continuity, and patient safety
• Provide skilled Occupational Therapy to patients in the community
• Assist care team as needed
• Maintain professional demeanor at all times
