We are searching for full time Registered Nurses (RNs) with 2 years minimum Med/Surg experience for 13-week contracts! High chance of extension!

Summary:

This position is responsible for the direct and indirect nursing care of the Med/Surg patient. Interpretive skills, frequent interactive and consultative associations are inherent in this position.

 Responsibilities:

• Problem Solving, Communication, Documentation.
• Assessment. Prioritization.
• Risk Assessment. Equipment Operation. Skill Proficiency.
• Teamwork.
• Initiative.
• Collects adequate and correct blood/urine specimens from patients as ordered by physicians, using proper technique and equipment.
• Correctly labels specimens and processes.
• Ensures appropriate delivery of specimens to the lab via courier or specimen pick up from outside agencies.
• Medication safety.

• POSITION: RN, Registered Nurse

• SHIFT: 7:00p - 7:00a.
• DURATION: Permanent Placement 
• COMPENSATION: $50.00 - $60.00 Based on Years of Experience

Requirements

• BLS, ACLS
• At least 2 years of previous Med/Surg experience
