Currently looking for experienced Home Health Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA's) to fill an openings with an established home health agency located in Boston, MA.  Home Health experience is required. We have four different teams available to choose from: Leominster, Danvers, Southboro, or Worcester. This is a 13-week contract but extensions are a strong possibility! 

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA's)

• Effectively collaborate with care team 
• Evaluates and treats patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery
• Design and implement Physical Therapy care plan
• Documents and reports on patients' progress

Requirements of the Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA's) 

• Home Health Experience  
• At least one year experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant 
• Strong clinical skills
• Computer skills
