Job Description

As an AMS Account Manager, you are responsible for the growth, development, and relationship building with new clients as well as expanding market presence with existing clients. Effectively negotiate and execute staffing contracts with all clients, existing and new. You will establish and build AMS’s reputation and brand through the market while supporting clients using the company core values of customer service, respect, ethical behavior, accountability, teamwork and excellence. Achieve individual performance goals by operating the AMS way and exceeding minimum activity standards

 

 MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND TALENTS

  College level course work preferred
  • Knowledge of principals of and methods for selling recruiting services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales technology, and sales management systems

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or relevant work experience

  • Ability to work independently and with other team members
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and complete work in a timely manner
  • Ability to adapt to multiple information technology platforms; email, applicant tracking systems, job boards, vendor management systems
  • Ability to successfully skill market and open new business opportunities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within and outside of the organization

 EXPERIENCE

 Required

  • 2+ years in experience health care Staffing Agency Account Management
  • Experience with ATS software and VMS Systems

 GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF AMS AREA MANAGER

Develop marketing, account management and sales strategies to establish, expand, and grow staffing business and revenue in current territory with both new and existing clients
Negotiate, compose, and execute contracts as a client liaison
Assist AMS Recruiters/Recruiting Managers with healthcare professionals (HCPs) resume review to ensure top quality submissions to clients
Maintains continuous source of information and availability of the active base of clients; takes appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of the clients with appropriate follow-up; uncover clients’ needs, situations, and problems through appropriate questions
Coordinate the seamless transition for new clients and client needs to Recruiter/Recruiting Manager team members; serve as liaison between recruitment and clients 

Communicate with clients regarding possible extensions for HCPs
Maintain current client information in our applicant tracking system; all communication with clients must be documented
Submit HCP’s to client timely, accurately and efficiently
