Currently looking for experienced Physical Therapists (PT's) to fill an openings with an established home health agency located in Philadelphia, PA. Home Health experience is not required. 

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapists (PT's)                                  

• Effectively collaborate with care team 
• Evaluates and treats patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery
• Design and implement care plan
• Documents and reports on patients' progress

Requirements of the Physical Therapists (PT's) 

• Active or pending Pennsylvania license 
• At least one year in hospital or in-home 
• Strong clinical skills
• Computer skills
• BLS
